No podcasts available on mp3 Sony

Hello, I finally figured out how to get my mp3 walkman recognized on the computer. I drag and dropped the podcasts into the folder marked 'podcasts', they show up on the computer screen but then when I disconnect the walkman, it tells me that there are none on the mp3 player. Please help me!!!
When I reconnect, there they are on the computer screen in the podcasts.

Hi

For have the podcasts in your mp3 player, you must put them in:

Open a file of mp3 (by computer)

And slide them on the file
