Write protection error

Hello,
this is phanindra kumar i npurchased a sandisk 4 gb pen drive 3 weeks back
as u are well aware that pen drive does not contain replacement warranty i'm asking this question
how can i remove write protection error of my sandisk cruizer blade pen drive

plz reply me as soon as possible
