Recover deleted pictures from NOKIA E75

i would like to know how to restore my few pictures which I deleted unfortunately ...

please advise..

Hi,

The items to be recovered are they on internal memory or memory card?

Dear Sir, Actually I lost the few pictures which I received through a messenger called Whatsapp. as usual I downloaded to memory card , then I moved those pictures to my phone Nokia E75 . Sir, from my mobile only I lost that pictures. moved items from a memory card we can recover ? Sir, I tried one software called getdata I can see all my lost photos there but I couldnt download or save it unless buy that software online.. please advise sir.. your kind help would be highly appreciated.
