HP wont restart. Black Screen

Hello,
My computer froze while online. Crt + Alt + Delete did nothing so I unplugged. I removed battery and pressed power for a minute. Crt + Alt +Delete shows nothing. Black screen is the only thing that comes up with a cursor on the right hand top corner. Nothing else. What can I do? Thank you for ur help in advance.

Hello,

Try this 1

1) When you switch ON your computer, start tapping the "F8" key to get

"Windows Advanced Options"( if boot menu appears, press "Esc" key and

keep tapping the F8 key)

2) Select the option "Last Known Good Configuration".

If the problem still exists then follow the step 1 and this time select the option

"Enable VGA Mode"
