My account was blocked yesterday night ....this is my business hotmail account and I am having a big problem now...
All I did was sending an email to all my customers with a new offer .....please help me ASAP

Hello,
Someone no doubt reported you because you were actually spamming. Hotmail is USA based and spamming is illegal in the USA. Commercial messages are often considered as annoying. Therefore, you will not be able to recover your account.
