Not able install universal audio and normal

Try this 1
First make sure that your are installing the correct drivers. Go to your
manufacture's website and download the drivers
OR
1) Let me know your motherboard brand name and model number. Follow the
below instructions
Click on the below link and download the file.
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4993-cpu-z/
Extract it --> Double-click on CPUZ --> Click on "Mainboard" tab.
Let us know the Manufacturer , Model with rev number, Chipset &
Southbridge.Click on the "CPU" tab and let me know the "Package"
2) Let us know your "Operating System" also along with the error message when
trying to install the driver
