Hello,
Try this 1
1) First make sure that it's not a fake pen drive.
2) Make sure you have connected your pen drive to Hi Speed USB Port (USB 2.0).
3) Go to your manufacture's website and check if there is any format tool
available for your pen drive. Format your pen drive with their tool.
According to the Kingston, the performance decreases when you format your pen
drive with Windows.
4) Plug your pen drive --> Open "My Computer" --> Right-click on your pen drive
--> Select "Properties" --> Click on "Tools" tab--->Click on "Check Now" button.
In "Check Disk" window, select "Automatically fix system file error" and "Scan for
and attempt recovery of bad sectors" options and click on "Start" button.
