qtek 9100 pocket pc reset Closed

Hello,  
my qtek 9100 pocket pc is not working properly. i want to reset the software for the same. 
kindly help me. 


Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 12.0

Hello, 

The solution for resetting it is simple, please press the Comm button + the Voice button(the two top side buttons) + soft reset. After this, hold the Direction Pad for some 10 seconds. 

Hope this solves the trouble.
