Problem with my hp printers

Hello,

Please I have a problem, I format my computer and when ever I try to print it never print. when I click on find printer a message shown that "the Directory Service is currently Unavailable" the type of printer that I'm using is hp laser jet p1102. so please i need your help.
Please I'm also using hp laser jet 1320, whenever i print a dialog box appear that '' BLACK PRINT CARTRIDGE MEMORY MISSING". Please now the printer can't print at all. please I need help, I'm stuck and I need to work. Thank u.
