Hi,
The specific file or folder is being used and for closing it down, simply open your Task Manager and in the Process tab, kill this specific process.
If you don't find it in the Task Manager, it may be that another account is logged on the computer and is using this specific file or folder.
If this doesn't work, simply restart your computer and do the Back Up.
