My Mozilla is not working

Res Sir/Madom,
I added too much app in my mozilla firefox. I don't know what happened mozilla is not working now. Please notice Sir that I added yoono & ALOT too. Iam a Staff Nurse I have no idea regarding this. I know some thing in medical, but I don't know nothing in Internet using. I know you are a great person so please help me sir. Iam waiting for your valuable replay,

Hello,

One solution will be completely uninstalling the Firefox browser and then to reinstall it.

Please get to the Control Panel and from Add/Remove Programs, please remove the browser completely.

Then open Internet Explorer for downloading and installing the Firefox browser again.
