In order to know more about this issue, first consider contacting your network provider because it may be possible that they have charged you some specific charges like for example caller tunes or miss call alerts.
If they affirm that there are no such charges that are being deducted, then it may be from the fact that the browser on the phone is running on the background. If this is the case, then open the browser and properly exit from it.
