Hello,

I did some research and saw that if We change the BIOS setting to IDE we can istall the XP.

But problem i have is in BIOS the option to change is not Enabled. The laptop i have is Gateway Installed with Vista Home Edition SP2.

And the Bios version used is 95.10 Intel Core2 DUO T5750 with Chipset 965 express

And the Hard Disk is Hitachi HST542516K9SA00 - SATA1

Please suggest

Thanks,

Your options are:
1. add the required driver(s) to the Windows XP disk (you can find out how by searching Kioskea)
2. install the required driver when Windows asks for RAID drivers

The trick is finding the correct driver.

Good Luck
