Hi nilesh9096,
If I understand you correctly, you need software that can compress the files to smaller size. I have tried 7-Zip, it is a freeware, it works good for all the common file types. It is available for download from:
https://download.cnet.com/7-Zip/3000-2250_4-10045185.html?tag=mncol;3
