Excel.i want to count the number of persons in given 3 condition

Hello,
i am making result sheet where 60 students obtained different marks out of 500 marks now i want to count the number of students in 3 different cells with 3 conditions
1.how much number of students obtained more than or equal to 300 marks.
2.how much number of students obtained more than or equal to 225 marks but less then 300 marks.
3.how much number of students obtained more than or equal to 165 marks but less then 225 marks.

First what was fault of "ello" in "Hello". You could have shouted that one out like "HELLO" too.

for answer, look into SUMIF function
