Hello,

I want to make a "flash simulations" (*.swf file format) as the forllowing one:

Can someone help with telling me the name of the software which i can use or give me a toturial in such things ?

Hello,

.swf was created by Adobe. The post popular software to create such animation is Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite. If you can spare a few thousands of Dinars, $500 US you can purchase it. I can't see any other software for creating it. However, Adobe has released the .swf codes to open source, so you might be able to find other software but I doubt it.
