Hello,
How do I plot multiple data in one column?
Example: I submitted 10 for today. So my column chart will show a column with a value of 10 for today. And when these inspections are returned to me, they will either be approved or rejected. Say 6 are approved and 4 are rejected. I want them to appear in the next column as one , colored differently, so it will be easily seen that all the inspections submitted for that day have been returned with their respective status.
Thanks...any help would be appreciated.

Hi Diestra,
What do you mean by: "I want them to appear in the next column as one"?
When I take this literary, then type 6 space 4 into a cell, select 6 give color, select 4 give different color.
Why not use two columns for that?
Best regards,
Trowa

Hi diestra123,
From your post I understand that you want two types of chart to be displayed on a single graph. The first one should be a column chart with the totals and the other should be stack chart with the list of rejected and accepted. There is a trick involved in doing this. Go through the below mentioned YouTube Video for the tutorial:

I hope you will find this useful. If you need further clarification do reply with sample data.
