Hello, ihave problem launching my store bought nero 8 ultra edition when i click on my icon it brings up warning; get configset0 failed-(line:260.file./NSSModel.cpp) press 'retry' to debug the app what can i do

press retry to bebug the application.
if this does not solve your problem, then uninstall the software and then install it again.
you may copy all the files on your computer and then do the reinstallation.
