Hello,
i m using outlook 2003 whenever i create new mail i have to always select the option of HTML text. i found the setting how to set default. but i m unable to set the same option because in message format tab is not showing any option enable like <gras>HTML, Rich Text, Plain Text </gras>
please reply me ASAP.

Open Outlook, click on tools, click on mail format tab, select the option you wish which should be in the first part of that window.

I know the location but this option is hidden i m unable to select the any option from them.
