Try uninstalling any traces of Firefox and Seamonkey from the computer and then reinstall them. You can check the links below for help on how to uninstall these applications completely:

https://www.seamonkey-project.org/doc/2.0/install-and-uninstall
Download fresh copies of applications from the below mentioned links:
https://ccm.net/downloads/internet/4553-mozilla-firefox-for-pc/
https://ccm.net/download/download-6711-seamonkey
Install these applications and check if the issue is fixed.
For the wireless router passkey, do check with the Internet service provider.
