Hi jamesjjw,
The error message you have mentioned is not a valid error message. I tried to look up information relevant to this error message and couldn't find a match. Also, the files with .dll extension are Dynamic Link Library files. I was not able to find any qficxgyu.dll named file. It would be of great help if you could send a screenshot of the exact error message in your reply or type the correct error message.
