Hi AR MECKENZIE,
You can try downloading the drivers from HCL website:
http://www.hclsupportservice.in/drvr-dwnld.jsp
If you have difficulty downloading the drivers, do reply with the device instance ID of the Bluetooth adapter and the wireless card.
To get the Device instance ID of the Wireless Card:
1. Right click the "My Computer" icon on the Desktop
2. Select "Manage"
3. Select "Device Manager" under "Computer Management" from the left pane
4. Then expand "Network Adapters" from right pane.
5. Right click the Device listed under "Network Adapters"
6. Click properties
7. Go to the Details tab and then select "Device Instance Id" from the drop down list.
8. Make a note of this Device Instance ID.
Follow same steps from 1 through 3 and select "Bluetooth Radios" instead of "Network Adapters" to get Device Instance ID of Bluetooth adapter.
Please do write back to us.
