No sound in my pc

Hello, ...

my pc is:
windows xp professional version 2002
service pack 3
pentium 4 processor...lol
504 MB of ram

problem is no sound was coming..... codecs are:
Audio codecs
Legacy Audio drivers
Legacy Video capture devices
Media control devices
Video codecs

in the properties, the device usage is blank or grey or black and..... ive tried the system management and it doesnt work.......
my speakers are built in, headsets are not working...
when i look into the sound and audio device alll are saying no ... device

This looks like you are missing the hardware device drivers for your audio device. I suggest you download a program called "Slimdrivers" (it's free) and use it to identify and download/install these missing drivers.
