Problems with update feb 10, 09

Hello,

Im having an issue with my computer that it is taking an extremely long time to load multiple programs if a program is already running. This goes the same if a background program is updating or performing a scan. This did not happen until after the update on Feb 10, 2009 and was wondering if it may be the problem. Any advice will be helpful, i tink it may be the update, but im not entirely sure. Included are my system specs.

System specs:
Xp 32 SP3
680i mobo
intel 6300
4gbs DDR2
500gb Maxtor SATA HD
Nvidia 8800gt
Soundblaster X-FI titanium

Running processes include:
Logitech g15 keyboard
Logitech g7 mouse
AVG 8.0 free version
Adaware Anniversary edition
Zone Alarm free version

hi,
running scan from three anti-virus programs will of course slow down your computer.
if it is since you made the updates you may return to the previous settings by doing a system restore.
>accessories
>system tools
>system restore
you can set the computer to a date before you did the update.
