Why cant my 2 xbox's play in the same match in BO2?

Hello,

i have a surfboard SBG6580 modem

both xbox's have open nat, one is wired the other wireless

i have triggered the ports necessary

both can go online no problem, can join the same lobby, but when it comes to playing in the same match, one is kicked while the other gets in.



if anyone could please help

You share the same IP address when you attach two Xboxes to the router/modem.

would you happen to know a solution to the problem, or is it that i just need to buy a more capable router.
