Hello,

My computer and modem says that I am connected to the internet, but my xbox 360 will not connect to the internet. I've tried reset my network connections to factory settings, but it did not work. Do you have any suggestions?I have seen that I can reset the console, but will that delete anything I have saved on the hard drive?

I think it would be better if you contact your ISP and verify with them before working with your console.
