I see that LG CONNECT 4G (MS840) comes with Android(TM) 2.3 OS. You can download and install "Smart SWF Player" from:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andy.flash&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDEsImNvbS5hbmR5LmZsYXNoIl0.
This Flash Player can play flash file (.swf) stored locally on the device (including sd-card).
