Hello, I have a hp pavilion dv2500 i was using a week ago. I powered it down and set it on a shelf. I just got it down and tried to boot it and the screen stays black. I've tried all the normal fixes I could think of and find on the internet. Any ideas on how to fix it or what happened would be appricated.

Does the screen appears black during the startup or after the hp logo ?
