How to restore normal icons on my laptop

Hello,

the icons on my computer are just showing me word as in like the icon for windows media player, GOM player etc are all been displayed with a microsoft word icon. what should I do???? please help!!!!

Hi deakea,

This problem might happen because of some Virus/Spyware/Malware in your computer. Please run a thorough scan on your computer with good anti-virus software and check if the issue is fixed.
