Can't type @ on my Acer laptop

Hello,

Can anyone help?

I have a Acer laptop and can't type @.

Any ideas how I do this please

hi,

hold shift and press the number 2. This should normally work.

if this does not help, hold Shift and press " key.

this one should work.

This comment solved the problem, we found it by pressing the shift key and " that gave us the @ sign.
