Hello,
I have two hard disks (ide & sata )when I try to connect both the harddisk it does not recognise my ide harddisk and when I connect only my ide disk it works file. i am unable to connect both the drives. if I try to connect both the disk it only detects the sata disk which does not have the OS in it so it gives me the msg bootmsg is missing.


WHT DO I DOOO PLEASE HELP

You might have the BIOS set to boot from the SATA port. When you have only an IDE drive attached it can't find a drive on the SATA port and then moves on to the IDE port. You will need to modify the BIOS to boot first from the IDE drive.
