Hello,
my computer is blue screening and its gotten to the point where it happens as soon as it logs me in so I need to facroty restore/reset my computer.
the problem is its home built and i know nothing of computers. if it helps I can get to a "boot options" screen or what I believe is the BIOS screen.
if anyone can explain what to do (in English, not computer jargan), I would be extreamly greatful.
thanks so much,
Dean

Sorry, but a home build PC will not have a factory restore. The only thing you can do is reinstall Windows from the CD.
