Hello,

My system is Dell Vostro1550 with windows7 ultimate..i got a problem of blackscreen when i turn on the power button.i changed my os for 2/3 times..but again after 1hour of installing the os same problem is going to be araised.what i have to do to fix this problem?please anyone help me with clear solution...plz...

Hi cse@pec,

To determine if this is a Hardware Failure or a software problem, please run Dell 32-bit Diagnostics. If the Dell 32-bit Diagnostics comes up with any errors please post the same here so that I can suggest you the fix. If there is no error found in diagnostics this might be a software failure. You can find steps on how to run the diagnostics from the below mentioned link:
