On many Sony models, holding alt + F10 at boot will start the factory restore process

No, I'm sorry, I can only guess that Partition Magic played some magic trick on you and now the alt+F10 command does not reach the recovery partition. The recovery partition may have been split or it may have changed directory. Only you know what you did with the software. I hope for you that you have some recovery software.

I tried several times but it is not working...:( any other solutions?
