Hello,

I have recently just rebooted my computer to obs (out of box) settings and now my windows will not update it will not connect to the internet its basically a piece of s*#t... like i reset with the whole reboot and f8... now i got nothing help me please.... i have tried everything i have looked up and i think i am making it worse....

okay so i found my answer about rebooting factory settings for windows 7 on my dell inspiron duo but apparently windows must be corrupted but there is no disk drive on my computer and it came with no disks so what now?!?!?! help before i throw it through the window.

Disk drive?? Do you mean an "Optical Drive" for CD and DVD disks.

Just what Dell laptop to you have?

YES that drive i cannot use a cd because there is not a drive on the computer for it. It is a Dell Inspirion Duo

at this point it is not even connecting to the internet i am on a different computer that i am borrowing from a friend i am so stressed trying to fix this issue myself.

You will probably need to return the laptop to Dell to have it fixed.
