Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Programs --> Nero --> Tools --> Nero Scout.
When "Nero Scout Options" will be opened, uncheck the check box "Enable Nero
Scout" and click on OK.
If the problem still exists then click on the below link and download the
registry cleaner
https://ccm.net/download/download-13339-eusing-free-registry-cleaner
Run the registry cleaner.
