i did Removed RAM from the PC..when its not inserted yes i hear beeps...and i have tested both chips one by one and seems no faulty one.
2. i cleaned the dust off all particles from the CPU case.

Things to do:
1. Remove RAM from the PC and test it one by one to find out the faulty one. If you're using different combination of memory module, you'll need to replace any one and start system using either.
2. Remove dust particles from the CPU case.
3. Replace C-Mos battery and see if it helps you.
Write back if your issue still persists.

Have you tried replacing monitor cable? Alternatively, you can test monitor with different CPU to check and make sure that your monitor is working properly.

check your cable is properly connected
check your ram is properly inserted or not to faulty
