Hi Kunal864,
You have mentioned that the Hard Disk crashed before making the Recovery Discs. If the Hard Drive has crashed completely and has become irrecoverable, we cannot make the recovery discs as the computer uses the existing Operating System image to make recovery discs. Try contacting Sony Support they might probably be able to provide you the discs.
