Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box, mmsys.cpl and press Enter.
"Sound" options will be opened. In "Playback" tab --> Click on "HDMI Output" -->
Click on "Set Default" button --> Click on OK.
If you failed to find the HDMI Output option then in the playback, right-click on
the white area and select the option "Show disabled devices". Now check if you
can find the HDMI option.
