Hi ninkie,
Please try the below mentioned steps and check if the problem is fixed:
1. Run the Windows Audio Playback Diagnose and Repair from the below MS FIX-IT
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2970908/how-to-use-microsoft-easy-fix-solutions
2. Check the Audio Jacks, Speakers and audio cables for damage.
3. Check for Hardware or Software Configuration (such as audio properties in Windows 7 etc.).
4. Uninstall and reinstall the Latest Audio Drivers.
