Hello,
Try this 1
Go to your manufacture's website and check it is providing you USB drivers or
the application. Download and install it.
Click on the below hyperlink "Samsung Tablet" and follow the instructions.
Samsung Tablet
Enter the model number or select your Tablet. When the "Downloads" appears,
click on the "Software" and download it.
Slow downloading speed depends on factors like slow internet connection,
Server getting overloaded etc.
