How does My Firewall Allow data for Firefox

Several Days ago I re-installed Firefox to update the series. After that I put SEO Quake Tool Bar. But, Why the SEO Quake didn't work properly.

I found the answer weather the problem was My Windows Firewall. So that I re-arrange the firewall to allow the Firefox. But the result is still same with the last.
