Have problem with uninstalling and installing firefox and google

Hi ever time I try to download firefox or google it does not work right and then I cannot fully uninstall firefox or google. Can someone help. thank you

Hi bandjococo,

Please try to uninstall Mozilla Firefox/Google Chrome using "Revo Uninstaller". You can download "Revo Uninstaller" by clicking here. After you have uninstalled the applications, download the Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome from the below mentioned links and then try to install:

Download Mozilla Firefox
Download Google Chrome
