You must restore your system to a date prior to when the problem occured.
Click to the restore page:
1. Click on start, type cmd and click on ok
2. type the following press enter after each line below
cd \
cd windows
cd system32
rstrui
To obtain :
C : \windows \system32 > rstrui
This should get you to restore
