Sleep won't work

Hello,


When I put my hp touch smart computer into sleep mode it weill come right back out, why is this. Also I had a screen saver on my computer then all of a sudden it disappered never to be found again, what happen to it???

Hi Frank,

As you have mentioned in the configuration details of your computer "Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0", you can try the fix provided in the below mentioned video:

If your computer has a different Operating System, in your reply please add the version of the Windows Operating System installed in your computer.
