Hello,

Try this 1

Click on Stat --> Run --> Type regedt32 and press Enter.

"Registry Editor" will be opened. First backup your registry. Click on File -->

Export --> Save the file in your desired location with any name.

Now navigate to the below location.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE --> SYSTEM --> CurrentControlSet --> Control

Now look "StorageDevicePolicies" and click on it.

At the right-side, double-click on "WriteProtect" and change the value from "1" to

"0" --> Click on OK and close the "Registry Editor".

Remove your pen drive and plug it back. Now try formatting it.

Good Luck
