                    Hello,
Try this 1
1) Try to perform a low-level format.
Open "My Computer" --> Right-click on your pen drive --> Format --> Uncheck
the check box (Remove the tick mark) "Quick Format" --> Click on Start.
2) If the problem still exists then right-click on your pen drive --> Properties -->
Click on "Tools" tab --> Under "Error-checking", click on "Check Now" button.
In "Check Disk" window, select "Automatically fix system file error" and "Scan for
and attempt recovery of bad sectors" options and click on "Start" button.
Note : If you are using the NTFS file system for your pen drive then make sure you
click on your USB drive icon in notification area and select "Safely remove USB
Mass Storage Device"
