Printer problem cannot print and scan

Please help me my printer model hp deskjet 2050 is not working. All the button are blinking light and cannot make print and scan. I had tried it up by plug out the power connection from the printer and keeping up to 30 minutes and again connecting, but the problem is there. And another i keep the power cable to direct at electric current and not solving, problem is same please help me.
