Hello,
Try this 1
Did you removed the power cord at the back of your PC tower for 15 minutes ?
If the problem still exists then
Remove the SMPS connections ( Power connections) from all the devices like motherboard etc and hold the power button for 60 secs. Then connect back all your connections.
If the problem still exists then
Turn off your PC and remove the power chord --> Open the cabinet --> Remove the CMOS battery for 15-30 minutes and then put it back properly. Now plug the power cord back in and switch ON your PC.
Click on the below hyperlink "CMOS Battery" if you don't have any idea about the CMOS battery
CMOS Battery
If the problem still exist, click on the below link and follow the instructions in "Hardware Reset".

Hi shaikh939,
If you have difficulty with the steps in "Hardware Reset" you can refer to the Service Manual by clicking here. Refer "Clearing CMOS Settings" section of the manual on page number 30. If these steps do not fix the issue try using a different keyboard and check (the problem could be with the keyboard and mouse also).
Please reply if you have any further queries.
