My laptop compaqCQ57 I turn it on but it shows blank on my screen and all the lights are on bt the screen is black plis help me it last to show me a blue screen afta I remove a memory stick thank you in advance

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for

60 seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and

later put the battery back into the laptop.

2) If the problem still exists then click on the below link and follow the instructions

thanks dude but still the same problem screen is black only the caps lock and the nu lock reflecting on n off continuously
